Scotiabank, one of Canada's leading financial institutions, embarked on a pioneering journey to establish their first Public and Private Cloud infrastructure. This initiative required innovative approaches to automation, security, and application deployment to serve millions of customers reliably and securely.

Our team played a crucial role in implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices and developing automated solutions that would transform how the bank deployed and managed its applications. Cloud Infrastructure Automation

We developed and implemented automated infrastructure deployment solutions using Azure ARM templates, incorporating essential components such as Application Gateways, Load Balancers, Availability Sets, and Virtual Machine Scale Sets (VMSS). This automation significantly reduced deployment times and ensured consistency across environments.

Application Onboarding Success

Successfully migrated critical applications including iTrade, Adobe Enterprise Manager, eTeller, and PPM to the cloud platform. Each migration was carefully planned and executed with comprehensive support and advisory services to ensure seamless operation.

Security and Compliance

Implemented robust security measures through automated VM provisioning and hardening processes, ensuring all deployments adhered to the Bank Security Standards. Our templates and automation scripts incorporated security best practices by default.

Pipeline Modernization

Enhanced the deployment pipeline by updating Jenkins PowerShell scripts and creating standardized ARM templates, establishing efficient and repeatable deployment processes for both public and private cloud environments.
